I had the pleasure of visiting the Walgreen’s at the corner of E. Mercury Blvd. and E. Pembroke Ave. in Hampton this morning. I was greeted with smiles and a cheery, “Hello!” upon coming through the door. After looking around a bit, I asked to speak with the store manager regarding one of the items in this week’s ad. Visited Walgreens on Pembroke and Mercury the other night and I have to say - I loved being greeted by store clerk Brandie! She always has a smile on her face and is so willing to help. That is hard to find these days!!! She is usually working when I pick up my Prescriptions and I always so happy to see her. She is helpful, considerate, and kind! You have a keeper in Brandie!!!!
Experienced poor customer service from pharmacy who had register problems. After sitting there for 20 min waiting on a resolution, the pharmacy rep waited on a guy who came 20 minutes after me! Who does that? So rude. Should have just gone to the one on Mercury and Armistead.
