I dropped of a prescription at your pharmacy on Thursday, came back today to pick it up and was told "it isn't in the system". they lost it. I could barely hear the woman inside as the intercom must not work, and she made me wait 20+ minutes before she finally told me that they don't have the prescription at all. The overall service at this place is poor.
A pretty place to purchase, I highly recommend it...Jv.
I like the the people from was greens while I waited for my medicine to be ready and look around for something just to kill the minutes then I went to front desk to see it was ready they told me wait for 1 minute and after that I finally got my medication in my bag.
Pharmacy staff needs to be updated with HIPAA. Maybe then they will realize how many violations they are violating. No one's medication list should be said out loud so everyone waiting in the pharmacy waiting area can hear the list and to have someone turn bright red. PATHETIC.
Walgreens are terribly run pharmacies in general, and this one is no exception. The pharmacists give you blank stares when you ask pertinent question about your medications (ie, "what's the half life of the sleeping pills?"), they run out of stock and give you partial refills without bothering to call you and let you know when it's back in, or worse, never get a hold of you to tell you that the shipment never came in so that you're left without medication when you need it.
