WORST & MOST RUDE treatment by a PHARMACIST, than I have ever seen in my lifetime. Literally watched the pharmacist treating bad all the people waiting for hours. So when a Dr calls in to Walgreens to CHANGE a blood pressure medication wouldn’t you think Walgreens would update your information? I get emails reminders for my refills. First time I didn’t notice they were refilling old prescription so I opened it and started taking it. I called Walgreens and I thought they took it out the computer. I love it I was in and out I dropped off my grandson subscription and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes
The Pharmacist was rude and the pharmacy manager is incompetent
The pharmacists, cashiers, and managers are veryvhelpful and courteous always. They remember my name which makes me feel like they care about my needs on a personal level.
The cashier Vernon was very helpful. I came in with a lot of coupons; one would not ring even though I was making the purchase exactly as specified, and while everyone behind me in line went to another register, he was patient the whole time. I bought the items even though he didn't accept that coupon. Thanks, Vernon!
