This store is way better then it was 4 years ago before renovations....... but....... I was surprised to see the "no needles" sticker on the trash can outside. This is the inner city and it's full of junkies. If a junkie has the desire to dispose of a used needle why would that be frowned upon? The community is better served by your promoting it and simply training your staff to be more careful upon collecting.
It took me 15 minutes at the clinic to wait over an hour for antibiotics. I was singing the praises of how fast the process was, but the incompetency behind the counter is embarrassing. You know you've been here too long when a manager asks why you're still here....
They never have enough help and the meds are never ready as promised. The drive through wait time is at least 30 minutes or more. There is an inconsistency with staff. I was offered the flu vaccination. The nurse practitioner verified my insurance and she told me that my insurance will pay 100%. Well, I got a bill in the mail. I was very upset at her dishonesty. My employer offers the flu vac at no charge. As soon as the new Walmart opens across the street I will be changing my pharmacy services.
This is the most mismanaged place...
