Price on shelf don't match register price. good ol bait and switch. illegal!! they just pulled the sign off once I shown the manager and say... we go by register price. take it or leave it.

Longest wait times on phone. 2+ hours and still waiting
This store sucks waited 25 minutes with 12 people in line and still didn't get meds very poor service all the time that is why I'm changing all prescriptions to cvs
Used the Express Clinic for a wound check on some stitches I got in the ER. It opened on time, the ARNP Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my questions. My insurance was accepted. I couldn't have asked for better treatment!
Should have read the reviews first. I put in a photo order 2 hours before needing to pick them up. I get there and they didn't even start on my photo yet. I was there waiting 70 minutes for my order. I thought the reason for submitting something early enough is to have it done by that period of time. If it wasn't for (seemed like a manager) this lady and the girl doing my photo I would have given 1 star.
Ordered 2 prescriptions 2 days ago. Went through drive-thru to pick them up. I was told I had a co-pay on one of them, which I paid, and the receipt and my debit card was in the bag. When I went to take the prescriptions out, only one was there. Called pharmacy and was told the other prescription needed prior authorization, a note from the doctor to the insurance company before it could be filled. This WALGREENS is the WORST IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD. There is an woman pharmacist from India (she just had a baby) and a Haitian/Nigerian/Jamaican Black lady that have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CHARACTERS AT ALL. When I see them working, I leave if I have to talk to them. There are 3 Pharmacist that are GREAT!!!! LUIS and two Caucasian women. Those three take time to really talk and listen. Those three are the reason I won't switch.
