Went about 825 pm tonight to purchase some tissue and was completely disrespected. By an employee. He refused to tell me the amount of my items. He scanned them and pulled his phone out of his pocket. When I asked him what my total was. He said its right there on the machine. I said oh wow really. I said you didn’t say hi or give me my total he then said why does it matter if he said hi or not and that i was talking to my daughter. Which he wasn’t going to interrupt which was not true. fire every pharmacist they have and find out what it's like to be sick or in pain and have to put up with their crap. seriously s whole new level of stupidity.
Being from New York, my driver became ill while in Dallas. We had three prescriptions issued by a physician at a Dallas hospital emergency room. This location was closest to our hotel. The pharmacy staff was stellar at verifying insurance and filling the prescriptions promptly. I don't believe we were there longer than fifteen minutes from the time we parked the car. Thank you Walgreens for fantastic service!!!
Always professional and friendly. Has been my pharmacy of choice for over 10 years.
I'm thankful for the 24 hour pharmacy but on both occasions I have been, I am left waiting for what seems like an eternity for my prescription. Why is it that they are always under staffed and a customer with insurance/coupon problems takes all of their time. UGH.
