I understand that pharmacies can get busy, but it should not fall on patients and families to carry the frustration of that. People are coming in for medication because they or their children are sick and the last thing they need is to feel dismissed or treated poorly. When I’m told a prescription will be ready at a certain time, I expect to be able to pick it up without unnecessary delays or hostility.
