Went there this morning to pick up my daughters prescription and was delighted to be greeted by the friendly smiling face of Rosland "Roz". That was a pleasant chance from the stone cold faces of the cashiers in the past. Not only was she a pleasure to deal with but she was fast and made sure everyone she rang up had everything they needed and were happy. Hold on to this cashier! She's a keeper!
I took my son's Rx for Vivance a number of times (with a discount card from the pharmaceutical company). Each time, I was charged a different amount. I finally sent an email to the home office...the result, a RUDE phone message from the Walgreen's in Clayton, NC about coming in for a refund for the difference. I thought, forget them, I'd go to Rite Aid. Ever since, not ONE problem! I loathe the Walgreen's in Clayton, NC. I will go anywhere than that location!
Friendly associates, even when the customers are rude and irate jerks! You are always greeted when you enter the store, and they always tell you to be well or to etnjoy your day/night.
Photo department botched my order placed online, but Jessica and the management team saved the day! Thank you so much for going above and beyond to correct the issue! Everyone makes mistakes, it's how a company corrects them that makes all the difference...I love Walgreens! ♡
