2 lines of drive through but only one person working both lanes. And they are in noooooo hurry! Definitely need new management.

RUN FAR AWAY FAST! This is the most incompetent place to get your pharmacy prescriptions placed! This is not the first time I've sat in the drive-through for more than 35 minutes. You guys need to take lessons from Chick-fil-A on management and the efficiency of running a business, or let this teacher show you how to do it!
Your pharmacy staff in the Clayton, NC, store is the absolute worst. They are rude, incompetent and not customer oriented. It has been this way for years. If you are that busy, hire more people so you don't spend 30 minutes either in line or in the drive-thru. If you aren't that busy, you need to fire every single one of them.
The old lady that works the overnight shift has terrible customer service. This is the second time i went in and this lady just had the nastiest attitude.
