On November 30th I ordered three photo books. I went to pick them up on December 1st. They were not ready nor had my order been touched. A young man said that it would be ready later that day. I returned friday to pick up the books and they still weren't ready. The store manager stated that there was an issue with the printer and they would be ready the next day. Friendly staff, clean & neat, open 24 hours!
What pharmacy closed at 6pm on a Saturday?! There are those of us that work 8 + hours on weekends too and need to pick up prescriptions that our Drs called on the weekend. Also what happened to you guys being 24 hour pharmacies? What does someone do if they are in the ER till midnight and need prescriptions fill immediately?! Oh that right NO ONE is a 24 hour pharmacy any more. That would be too much customer service.
I just left the store & I was watched like a hawk. I am a couponer I don't steal. I think it is unfair before I got 2 the register the cashier already knew 2 deny my coupons they were watching me so hard. I didn't have a purse or jacket on so I wasn't suspect looking. Not 2 mention soon as I got on the aisle another employee hit the corner & watched my every move. I am not, upset about my being denied use of my coupon but the fact my every move was watched. Racial profiling at it's best.

Prescriptions NEVER ready. Always "ready in about 15 minutes" which leads me to believe they don't actually start them when the doctor sends it over but rather not until you show up the first time.
This Walgreen is the worst. Going change my prescription to CVS.
This is absolutely the worse Walgreens. I've spent over an hour in the past two days trying to pick up my prescriptions. I've had to leave both times because, shockingly, I don't have 30 minutes to stand in line. When you do get to the counter, the staff is so insanely rude you just want to start throwing things. Try to call the manager to complain? They HANG UP ON YOU
Dropped off my daughter's medicine 6 hrs ago and told it would be 1 1/2 hrs for pick up and they had it in stock now I call to check on it since I never got my notification for pick up and they they don't have it will be until 2pm tomorrow
