Seems disorganized. The information you get on the phone may not be accurate. Also you often need to call to get the order moving. I had one order sit in purgatory for a week until I called to check in. I had to pick up a 3 month supply and I checked on the phone that 3 months was there, they said yes. When I arrived they only had one box and said the rest was out of stock. We had the best experience at Walgreens on 1874 Piedmont Ave. Left my son’s insulin at home for an overnight trip and we ended up needed insulin! Went to Walgreens and was walking out with insulin within 5 minutes! The kindest and most welcoming staff I have ever encountered! Thank you guys for saving our weekend!
I went into this location around 5:45 on 11/17 and a young lady came to help. I explained to her my problem and we were kind of just sitting there so I asked her where do we go from here because me nor her understood what she was looking at on her screen being that I will have new insurance on the 1st of Dec.
