they lie about running your insurance when they dont wanna run a prior auth.

RecommendedWhile I do shop at Walgreens, this location does not in force the very mask policy that was playing over the Muzak. Over 1/2 of the customers did not have a mask. The two employees I interacted with were pleasant and masked. Either follow the policy or don’t have it playing.

they never have anything in stock and none of them seem to know what they are talking about ever
during this pandemic the pharmacist was not using gloves or wearing a mask touching pills before dispersing them to patients.. dont know if he is sick and you cant sanitize a pill . Wow so dissapointed wont ever go there again!!
Under very busy conditions, I was helped with my shots in a timely manner. Very professional and fun people.
this is the worst pharmacy Walgreens has. you are better off going down the street to the one in Taylor. Always slow and even when they tell you to pick it up they still dont have it ready. I am a caregiver for 4 - 3 of them using this pharmacy and they make the already stressful situation even more stressful. Staff has no empathy or compassion for its customers that fill 20+ presciptions with them every month.
Cashier cant be bothered to communicate and respond to a customers friendly greeting. Straight up ignored. Not acceptable in this line of work.
