I tried to alleviate some past issues with our prescriptions, I wrote down all the instructions for them but when I went to pick up the refills some of them were filled incorrectly. Terrible customer service. I worked retail pharmacy for 10 years and the disconnect between the patient and the pharmacist is such a disservice.
