Horrible experience, and not the first. They have progressively been getting worse over the last couple years. Their mobile app sucks. Digital coupons that are loaded to my card and valid ( which I can clearly see on the phone in my hand) do not show up on their register and they try to tell me there is nothing they can do and try to tell me I must not be using the right account or they are expired. They are not!!! Again I have the app up on the phone in my hand and the coupons are valid and linked to my rewards card. Meanwh... read more
