I didn’t get the full amount of medicine the dr prescribed. I called and he said my ins only pays for 4 pills at a time. I told him I would rather pay OOP to have what I need instead of having to wait for refills since he only gave me 1 refill. Even though the dr prescribed a quantity of 12 pills. His response said that he couldn’t understand why if in this country ins pays for my medicine why would I want to pay OOP. Not sure what being in this country has to do with me getting what was prescribed by my doctor.
Waited 20min in line for a medication that was sent at 10am. I was told it would be ready in 5 min to come back it was 4pm. Worst and slowest pharmacy
The pharmacy is slow as hell. During rush hour there should be more workers.
There is only 2 persons working in the pharmacy tonight. The manager say it’s always like that and corporate don’t care to staff in the black neighborhood. This is ridiculous. Please don’t come here go some where else please.
The worse place to have your meds sent to have done in the time frame they say it would be ready. I had a c section and have been waiting on my pain meds over 3 hrs...got hung up on in all! I hate this place!
Clean store. Some pharmacy techs are rude and take forever to process customers. It's maybe two that is competent enough to do the job and courteous enough to deal with public. Only a pharmacist works the pharmacy some nights and he is slow. But overall I give a 4 since it is a 24hr...
