Pharmacy wait time horrid. On hold over an hour by phone, waiting in line is just as bad. Employees rushing around so not their fault. How do they fix this? Babies screaming and people sick. Hate going to Walgreens!
I visited this location during Christmas Eve so I didn't expect it to be a fast in and out. The employees did ask if I needed help. They really don't have customer focus. I asked someone for help with the Western Union kiosk and he just abandoned the register to help me. There was a customer behind me that needed to check out. I asked him, are you going to check him out first, and he was like, no. The customer behind me was OK with it. I personally would have taken that as a rude jester, but whatever. This Walgreens has gone down hill since Mark Anderson left. Mgmt. Is rude, unprofessional and no customer service skills . Close this place down.
Walgreens 61st pharmacy has NO CUSTOMER FOCUS WHATSOEVER, I'm moving my business to Randall's , they at least answer the phone, I have better things to do than listen to a recording that means nothing in getting my prescription quicker!!!!
I have been getting my children's medicine here for years every time I call you have to stay on hold for a long time, I almost fell asleep for being on hold for about a hour when they finally answer and you start talking they say can you hold for minute and you say yes. Then it goes to music and then it starts ringing, music again then ringing again and then they hang up on you. Then you call the store manager and he act like he don't help. Slowest pharmacy ever, drive thru is suppose to be fast not wait for 30-40min. They need to tell customers to pull over somewhere else and they can't sit there and wait for there prescription. Like really this is ridiculous I need to transfer to CVS!!!!
