Why did you only give 5 days of my son's essential medication and withhold 75 days, never notify me when the other 75 days worth were in stock and screw the automated refill up so I cannot get more than 5 days at a time??? The physician intentionally ordered 90 days worth. Now I have to keep calling and make additional trips. I spend thousands at this store and am totally dissatisfied.

Walgreens on 2nd and Santa Fe they just put their phones on the record and then it just keeps going over and over and over again. I have waited on the phone for an hour. I called the manager one time and she said it wasn't her problem so I called the main home office. Nearly every time I try to renew RX, there is a problem. I have now been waiting 4 days because they didn't have enough on hand. When I asked why they didn't order what they needed when I first called in, the pharmacist told me, "We fill a lot of Rx's every day." That's no excuse. If they ever manage to get this one filled, I will transfer Rx somewhere else.
My daughter picked up photos today (4 disposables) & she was charged $63!! We were expecting maybe $5ea as prints are usually about 10cents ea. Half the prints were of Walgreens photo counter as not all prints were used. If your not going to clearly post prices you should inform customers especially for something SO outrageous! She was in tears and when I went back to counter, they pretty much said oh well. Hope that $63 was worth loosing a customer
No customer should ever be talked to or treated the way a pharmacist, Brittany, (2nd and Santa Fe , Edmond store) talked and treated me tonight. It was my first experience since having to switch pharmacies because of an insurance change. I always used CVS and I always appreciated their customer care, never as much as now!!! It's always something. Medicine never ready when they say. They then didn't give me all of the scripts, then had to wait more for the last one. It's always something. Why does CVS and Walmart have it figured out, but not Walgreens? I regret giving them a second chance. I can see nothing has changed.
