Pharmacy department complaint: I've been waiting 8 days for a prescription to be filled because apparently they don't do partial refills and are waiting on more of that medication to be shipped in. I've had partial refills before of this medication at other Walgreens locations...this Walgreens is never well-staffed for the line of people at the pharmacy counter, and I can't say the employees are professional either.
I've been here 20 minutes and the pharmacy still closed. People do have careers and being in downtown Detroit you would expect convenience and professionalism. I guess not
Your service sucks!!!! Pharmacy staff is completely rude and never answers the phone.
