The prescription telephone notification system is practically useless. I get multiple calls that orders are ready and when I get there it is wrong, or not available, or I'm a week early, or something I supposedly have one ready now, but an hour ago it couldn't be picked up until next week. The system also doesn't recognize multiple prescriptions due at the same time so when a call comes it may or may not be for the complete order. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I'll be transferring my prescriptions and taking my business to another location because of the staff at this location. "Manager" Trudy should be fired for her extremely rude behavior and lack of customer service.
I had to stop in and get some meds today. The pharmacy staff could tell I was in pain and tried to hurry as much as possible with the busy lines. They were extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Bailey, the other female pharmacy tech, and the pharmacist working tonight were a fantastic help in answering my questions. I appreciate it very much for helping me out my mind and body at ease.
