I went to Walgreens with a good RX coupon for a medication for $130. When I got there they charged me $290 and stated that they are not going to honor the Walgreens good RX coupon price. I’m not sure what this is but this sure sounds like a bait and switch. Poor customer service from Walgreens or faulty pricing by good RX. Either way this takes it advantage of the consumer. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.
i would like to inform walgreens to find a way to improve the long lines. however, it is a good pharmacy store.
I like its open 24 hours. I now Walgreens its open 3am to get prescriptions there are open and fast and polite. In the day time very busy so just go afther 11pm

Long line at the pharmacy. I transferred my prescription from this location to Rite Aid due to their long line at their pharmacy and that was more than 5 years ago. Not surprisingly, I have to get an OTC medicine and I need to get it from the Pharmacist and there is a very long line with only one Pharmacist assistant on the counter. Similar situation as before. I LIKE THE KIND OF SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMER. IS BETTER THAN RITE AID WHERE THEY DON'T GIVE YOU YOUR MEDICINE IF YOU DON'T SHOW A CALIFORNIA I.D. EVEN IF THEY SEE YOU THAT YOU'RE ALMOST DYING AND IN NEED OF THE MEDICINE. THAT'S WHY I DON'T LIKE RITE AID. WALGREENS IS THE BEST. THANKS SO MUCH WALGREENS FOR HELPING ME WITH THE NEED OF GETTING THE MEDICINE FOR MY SISTER.
I'm so disappointed in the new method of having the pharmacist enter a "code" to get my prescription. Every time I pick up, they are on a "break" so I cannot get my prescription and am required to return. This is unacceptable customer service. I will not be continuing my business with Walgreens.
