Photo department, pay more attention to your customers orders!!!
Fast service my ass... Was there for 20 mins and still they didn't even start on my order. Called my name to tell me it would be another 30 mins if not longer for the new refill for eye drops!!! When I said something about the wait, the lady at the register decided to run her big mouth and say they do so many orders a day so you will just have to wait. .. Exsuse me is that not your job?! Do you not get paid to do that?! It says fast service so please explain to me why you need to open your big mouth to tell me about your job... read more
Too have to wait for an hour in the parking lot at 10:15 p.m. for two prescriptions is more than ridiculous. It is just shows you that Walgreens doesn't care about it's customers. Maybe some day we won't have to use Walgreens at all.
