Terrible pharmacy’s waiting times and horrible customer service. Just not caring overall.
EVERY single time we have a prescription it takes FOREVER to fill. Left my appointment at 4. It’s 8:04 and it’s still not ready. How is that acceptable? I’m never using this pharmacy again. 👍🏼 CVS would have had it ready in twenty minutes and texted me.
I want to commend your staff in the photo area today. I was waiting for my prints while a customer in front of me was CLEARLY trying to print off copyrighted prints without the consent of the photographer. Your employee stated very clearly and calmly what the policy was. The customer aggressively argued with her and tried to get her to just let it go, several times. The pharmacy, especially drive thru is ALWAYS slow.
Slowest pharmacy in Waterloo, Iowa. Has been for years. Discovered one of the meds I tried to refill yesterday has a "technical issue" and I needed to call the pharmacy. I call the pharmacy and no one picked up the phone for over half an hour. I'm going to transfer all of my prescriptions to CVS.
Went there at 1am for pain medication and they couldn't run my insurance. Went to the other Walgreens on University at 8:30 because the website said the pharmacy open at 9am, but it didn't open until 10am.
they sold me counterfeit Newport's. the manager argued that i was lying. so i went to jim limd and family dollar right by there and even they seen difference and knew they werent right.. its sad that some people dont keep up on the world news. its happening everywhere. just because the store buys from their own warehouse doesnt mean the warehouse didnt get sent the counterfeit. it wasnt my fault nor that rude guy managers but he was very rude and so i was rude back but i proved he was wro@g bringjng real cigs from stores nea... read more
I got through drive in super fast but the lady helping me was a rude bitch. No customer service skills whatsoever
The pharmacy is terribly slow..today I waited at the drive through 15 minutes just to get someone at the window...with 7 vehicle's waiting behind me...would have hated to have been that 7th vehicle!
