Never setting foot in Walgreens again.
You can improve by making sure your pharmacists put their "personal beliefs" at the door and fill a prescription that a patients doctor deems necessary. Shame on you for allowing your pharmacists to deny medication to your customers. You allow them to put someone's life in danger. In addition, you allowed a woman customer to be humiliated when she simply needed her medication. I will not shop at Walgreens again, until you change this shameful policy.
Get rid of pharmacist who discriminate do to their religious views. I will not be spending my money with Walgreens. What ever happened to ”the customer is right”. Shame on you.
Fire Pharmacist Brian Hreniuc!!! He did not do his job! By your own store policy he should have referred it to someone else right away, not humiliate the customer!
Pharmacists have a job to do, when you study for this job, you know what you're getting into. If you can't represent a store you work for, get your own Pharmacy. You have a right, so open your own and advertise it that way. Good Luck.
This is outrageous. The creep should have been fired immediately. If I refuse to do my job, I'd be fired. And another person's health doesn't depend on my job. This poor woman has gone through the trauma of losing a child, and this sanctimonious jerk treats her like this? Exactly who does he think he is? I'm no longer shopping at Walgreens and I'm transferring my prescriptions. Shame on them.

It's not a pharmacist place to decide if their morals allows them to fill a prescription. This is disgusting and disturbing that this is even allowed. They are there to do one job. Fill prescriptions and inform the customer about the medication. No longer shopping at Walgreens . I can't even imagine what this woman had to go through, in public. Do better Walgreens.
People have a right to fill legal prescriptions and a pharmacist should not be allowed to decide not to help people who are suffering. What happened in this pharmacy is deplorable.
