I do not understand why they are like that, treat one as if we were going to steal, my local store in Northe Carolina has happened to me that the manager chases me throughout the store just because he sees me that I bring coupons.

RecommendedDavid was so fantastic with my service today. Helped me with photos, directed me to the restroom. Was just so very kind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ outstanding!!!!! Also, the store was very clean and well laid out. Spacious aisles. Thank U!

Their customer service sucks. and they lie straight to your face! They do absolutely NOTHING to correct it but stand there and smile at you. (or at least until I said the word corporate) Even the acting store manager walked away without making sure the problem was addressed and or resolved. This was not the first time, or second or third. but it will be the last for me. Done!

A few times I've had issues with prescription refills for my kids but I've let it go and just go refill somewhere else but this time it's ridiculous! All you needed to do was call me! I requested refill a week ago knowing I only had meds until today. I understand you needed my doctor to ok it but if someone would have called me during this week I would have ensured it was fine BEFORE I ran out!
