I don't know what happened with the pharmacy department, but it's horrible. The prescriptions do not get filled on time, it took 8 hours to fill his prescription the other day and 24 hours after I dropped off my son's prescription it's still not ready.
My doctor sent a prescription over to Walgreens at 3pm. Why does it take over 3 hours to fill it? This happens frequently, which why we mail order. But when you're sick & need antibiotics, who wants to wait over 3 hours? What happened to old fashioned service?
Told my script would be ready at 7. I give until 8, and am told another 15 min?! Ridiculous
I went to Walgreens today to find that the coupon for the big stuffed bear I needed for a display for a fundraiser was only good yesterday. Yes, it was dated 11/28 but I didn't notice because another coupon I had was for today only. Even after explaining what I needed it for the manager said 'they' would not let him (sell it to me today for the 55% off).I was going to ask if he would donate it but if 'they' wouldn't allow me to buy it, I am sure they wouldn't donate it.
