They take forever, I used to deal with the wait until I went thru the drive thru on motorcycle and they were very rude and refused to give me my medicine. I have never heard of a drive thru denying service of someone on a motorcycle. I'm driving thru on a motorcycle. I didn't get my medicine that day and never back.

The pharmacy is horrible. Wait in line forever 3 working and 1 is waiting on customers. They could care less how long the line is.

They need to take a long hard look on how they conduct business. I gave them several chances. Long wait, no follow-up calls after they perform errors, questioning my doctor's dosages but expecting the patient to call (versus them calling directly), never enough staff members working, outdated phone system, and some (not all) were never meant to work in customer service. So long and good luck.
Omg the people who work in pharmacy are just horrible. I am in shock. Stratford, CT is nothing like this ... no matter how busy you are ... there are ways to give great customer service. Just rude rude rude. Sad.
doesn't call if they do not have my meds in stock . I call a refilling rx 3 days before its do
My son had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. The office was great and had all his medications called in as soon as we got there. Surgery was an hour we left half hour after that. By the time I went to Walgreens it was 2 hours after they called. When we got there his medications weren't ready and they had no idea when they would be! They were so rude. The pharmacy department is horrible! There is always a 30-45min wait * -_-
Every time I get a prescription it takes forever. Prescription called in at 1:30... a metered inhaler... at 6:30 still not ready and I'm told will take about another hour. Meanwhile I'm having an issue breathing!!! Horrible!!! And this isn't the first time... I'M NOT SPENDING AN HOUR WALKING AROUND LOOKING AT OTHER THINGS TO IMPULSE BUY!!! I'm done with Walgreens!!!
