I generally like Pharmacy other than the fact that NO ONE know about the sign outside tells me to ask about Medicare D and NO ONE has a clue as to what it means.
I called to fill a prescription and I was on hold for 47 minutes and it told me that two callers were ahead of me. That's an average of 15 minutes per caller!!! My call took less than 2 minutes. I think that they're very short staffed or something's going on because that's pretty poor customer service. Then they told me my prescription wouldn't be ready for almost 3 hours.
