The associates are great, but one of the managers, Leann, is rude, condescending, treats customers badly, and seems to not understand what customer service actually means. I'm a long time customer considering taking my business elsewhere as I cannot tolerate someone being so rude and condescending over a simple issue that could have been handled in two minutes- not badly handled after making me wait more than 10 minutes to even start to address my issue <which she stated more than once: "that's not our fault." RecommendedAs long as you know how to deal with peak/rush hours, you will have only great experiences with this location. Out of all the pharmacists and techs who have helped me over the years, I would like to thank Charmae, who most recently assisted me with a serious issue. Thank you to everyone else who provided superior customer service in an industry which requires discretion, and humanity.
Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. There are never enough employees in the pharmacy. This is probably the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to.
Don't come to this location unless you have a lot of time to kill and patience. Severely under staffed, OR the staff that is there is slower than molasses in a snow storm.
It was honestly so sad. I took my sick little boy in with his two prescriptions. I turned them in and they told me it would be a 20 minute wait. It’s cold and wintertime, so the pharmacy is very busy. I am VERY patient. After waiting more then an hour, I went back up to the pharmacy to check on the prescriptions. They told me that they didn’t do anything with either prescription because they didn’t have one of them in stock. Walgreens did a great job, my insurance company? not so much
they have really good cosmetics & hygiene stuff and very nice people.
