I was charged $100 for a prescription for my son. My husband went in today and said it was supposed to be a $10 copay not a $100. We even questioned it when we got it filled and they said that was right. Today they admit they made a mistake but won’t return our money because it has been over seven days. Nice Walgreens. Nice.
RecommendedYour worker , The lady, KIRI, I believe her name was, was stiffed yesterday by a fellow employee who did not show up to work. She was so helpful and never lost her cool as she was the only one on the floor yesterday, Sunday 01/10 as the checkout line was 6 parties and longer.
The employees were all very nice and helpful,especially Eydie in the pharmacy. Got a Flu shot ,very ez ! Dan Morrison

I did not notice until today that, Walgreens decided to increase my Prescription cost by $5.00 at the beginning of the year? What has normally cost me $12.52 along with my Insurance now, cost me $18.00 ??? As I am well aware of how business works and the need for increase to match supply & demand, it just seems like a broad stroke, to just arbitrarily add $5.00 to my cost and to everyone else's for that matter.. Thank you for being open Memorial Day! I know this means you are overwhelmed because all other Walgreens and CVS pharmacies are locked down like Ft Knox. Look I know it's a holiday but what are sick people supposed to do? I call for the CVS pharmacy twice and nothing on their answering machine about being closed- just put me in a loop 'someone will be with you in a minute '.
