Just had the absolute worst customer service at Walgreens (6266 Gender Rd, Canal Winchester, OH) I usually would never post this stuff on social media but until I can call tomorrow I have to vent. We want to urgent care tonight with Our son about an abscess on his foot. They had to drain it and gave him antibiotics. We got to the pharmacy at 9:45pm (they close at 10) and the lady at the computer in the picture told us our insurance coverage was denied. (She had our old tricare policy instead of our new one). The pharmacy staff is great. The photo lab not so much. They were down at the beginning of July and again today. The issue is corporate refuses to allow them to take themselves offline, so orders aren't able to be placed. No more business from us in this location.
The pharmacy employees and pharmacists at this location are amazing! They take the time to listen and remember who I am and my two girls. Even when I call they'll ask how the girls are doing, and will even grab something I need from the store to save me from getting my girls out of the car and a quicker visit through the drive through. They are absolutely amazing.
