STUPIDEST PLACE EVER! Use express pay and you have to come inside! Why bother?! It’s faster to go through the drive through but oh no don’t oh in advance or you have to go inside!! STUPIDEST THING EVER!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND WALGREENS. SO WISH CVS TOOK MY INSURANCE OR KROGER’S WOULD GET A DRIVE THROUGH!!!!
As everyone else says this has to be one of the worst Walgreens in the world. going to move on to CVS.
Angleton's Walgreens is the worst Walgreens store I've ever been to. Horrible customer service, no sense of urgency. I gave them an hour and a half before I even tried to pick up a prescription for my daughter, knowing that it would take them time to fill. They never even attempted to fill prescription until I showed up in the drive thru with a daughter writhing in pain. The pharmacy tech told me it would be a half an hour...I should go in and sit inside in the waiting area and see how long it takes them to fill it!
This pharmacy is so slow and they don’t have any sense of urgency. I went to the drive thru and was on the outside lane. I waited for 20 minutes. The car on the inside lane left. The next car pulls up and they helped them first. So I went inside. I waited with my 2 year old daughter in the line for about 45 minutes. The baby started crying so I left and went back to the drive thru. 2 hours!
THE PHARMACY SUCKS. TIME TO MOVE OUR BUSINESS. As I informed everyone in there tonight, this is BULLSHIT!
It's the worst place ever to get your prescriptions. Every time I go, it takes a minimum of 30 minutes just to get to the window and that includes inside the store as well.
Glad to say my issues with walgreens discount card policy has been resolved. Thanks to local Walgreens for personal prompt response.
