The posted hours mean nothing. The lines are so long. This store is so busy you would think they would staff appropriately, but they can't. I have had a prescription order canceled 2 times with out notice or explanation. You cant get anyone on the phone.
Melissa.. the manager, was amazing! I left my glasses 👓 there that I’d forgotten and she took great care of me w/o hesitation & frankly.. she couldn’t have been more sweet & kind and caring, let alone professional in her character and was a delight to be in the presence of. “THANK YOU.. so much, Melissa.. for making my experience so easy for me and you’re a total sweetheart and a half! I dig you! 😉!” Kudos to this WALGREENS location and I’ll be back soon for other things as well! 😊
Probably the best experience I’ve had with any Walgreens…ever. First of all, Maria (the employee running the register) was beyond helpful and kind. She was assisting all the customers efficiently and went beyond expectations when it became my turn. I was having some issues with my insurance, but Maria quickly got it taken care of and solved within minutes.
