You guys are unbelievable! I came through today and I got home thinking wow my prescriptions were expensive. Thought maybe it was an insurance thing. Then! Staff of this store urgently need diversity training and a serious bias check! I do not feel good abut patronizing a store that does not treat everyone with respect. Unacceptable!
My friend was in your store this evening, and an older woman with a cane and a bloody towel in her mouth was crying from pain. No one at pharmacy was assisting her or even looking at her. Her insurance card had been declined so she was treated without compassion, respect, or professional courtesy by pharmacist, pharmacy technician, and store manager.
