Why are there two to pick up lanes for prescriptions but always just one person taking prescription orders? Waited 25 minutes one day, this isn’t the first time either!!
Slow service at drive through. Won't gice 90 day supply.
Granted I was there at 9 pm when I was released from the emergency room and they only had four people plus the pharmacist working. Only one of the four was at the window, only two people ahead of me and it took me one hour to get half of my prescription. My husband went the next morning to my regular pharmacy to get the pain pills.
Walgreen Company has taken a political stand to BOYCOTT DONALD TRUMP AND support Hillary. Because Walgreen has taken such an INSULTING & INAPPROPRIATE stand against Donald Trump, I WILL BE BOYCOTTING WALGREEN TOO!
They never have more than one person working behind the pharmacy counter. Ever. Even during the busiest time of day. Ridiculous.
I don't even give this store 1 star but it won't let me put zero. I had a prescription called in at 5pm Monday evening for nausea medication. Arrived at 730pm. It's not ready actually we don't have a prescription at all. Well have u checked your messages? No. OK well listen to the messages and I'll come back. I tried calling the next morning. I sat on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes. So I called the store manager who immediately put me through to pharmacy. They promised me it would be ready in 1 hr and a half. 1.5 hours later... read more
Just want to say Greg in the pharmacy is awesome! I was there for over 2 hours tonight dealing with my insurance company and a grumpy doctor while trying to get medication for my sick child. Greg went above and beyond by calling my insurance company multiple times and speaking up for me on the phone with the pediatrician. Thank you!
