The N 7 Hwy Blue Springs MO location is very unreliable. This is the third time I’ve tried to use them to fill a Rx on a holiday due to a medical issue to end up transferring the script to my regular CVS pharmacy the next day so that it will actually get filled. This location makes me hesitant to ever use any Walgreens pharmacies
I’m sitting in line right now, I’m the third car in line. The car at the window currently has been at the window for going on 25 minutes and counting right now. This is absolutely ridiculous. If their prescription isn’t ready you need to have them come back instead of holding up the line this long. This is seriously insane.
they announced over the intercom...Yes every one in that store heard it.....that a customer needed a plan B pilll...still considering callng corporate office.....i was shocked.... How Un professional....Never wii you have my BUSINESS. sgain...

Pharmacy is so bad. Gave them a few chances because I’ve been coming over 20 years. Never again. 👎🏼
Worst customer service ever. They called my mom saying her prescription was ready, then picked her up from hospital and not only was it not ready, but not ready until tomorrow. They called again saying it was ready again and again it was not ready. You can’t call them because you are on hold and they never come to the phone! Last prescription she will ever fill there!
