This is a post and thread which discusses the level of customer service available at this Walgreen's Kim Dillard 16 hrs · Negative experience at Walgreens. Walked in and had an employee keep yelling at me that they were closed. When I was trying to figure out if the exit door was locked shut she then started to yell at me slowly like I didn't know English (this is something I am accustomed to). Prescription was on back order and pharmacy was very rude answering my questions about when it would be available again but then told me I could transfer my prescription if I found a pharmacy that had it. When I went to do that today, I was again met with the same rude reception, making it an entire days event to get my prescription transferred to the pharmacy that could fill it. At this point I won't be taking my prescriptions to any Walgreens from now on.
