These people are either lazy or liars! It has been over a year since I've been taking my prescriptions to them, and they know they have to CALL Worker's Comp for verification to fill my prescriptions. I always have to call repeatedly or go and clown them before they'll do their JOB!!! I've reported them twice, and I KNOW others have too. I was in the store on Louisville in Monroe. i was in holiday Christmas aisle. it says 50% off buy 4 get 5th free. there was a white guy working an madcap. I asked him to make sure what was said with the baby toys. I went to register to check out. Morden the cashier has a huge wad of green gum smacking it and trying to talk with mouth full of gum. It is always a wait with these people. They quote 3 and a half hours to fill a prescription but surprise it’s not ready when you go to pick it up
3.5+ hrs later and my prescription still isn’t filled! “We’re short handed tonight.” Sounds like a your problem....not a my problem! Get some more help!! This type of service is pathetic!!

the drive through lines and inside are always terrible
I have now have 4 unpleasant experiences at this Walgreens, from not having my orders ready to dealing with employees that have negative attitudes. I have gotten to the register and had such a bad experience with an employee that I cancelled my transaction and took everything back that I was going to purchase. The pick-up same day photo is a joke, that has never gone correctly for me and I am to the point, I will be taking all my photo needs to Walmart or somewhere else. I will never use their pharmacy again. We waited over 2 hours for the prescription. I know they are busy right now but 2 if the meds they told us was not covered by our insurance. One of those was just covered a month ago . I called our insurance and was told they never submitted those 2 meds. So they lied to us. They didn’t even try and submit those meds.
