I had to wait 3 hours for my prescription and I had confirmed FLU Type A. The prescribing MD was having difficulty sending the RX - I asked for pharmacist to call for it and was refused. I called MD and determined RX was in another pharmacy. I asked for pharmacist to call for transfer and was refused. I finally called the pharmacy where RX was waiting (my insurance not accepted there) and that pharmacist called the WG pharmacist with the transfer. 3 hours. Yes I got a prescription filled here and the pharmacist was nice and helpful. But i mainly checked in to let people know I was pooping. The bathroom was clean. But come on walgreens its not the 1800s...I was sweating in that bathroom. The only time I should sweat is if I am dropping a log in the woods. I bet this review gets taken down.
Love the Vaughn and Taylor rd store - but the pharmacy staff is the worst I've ever been around. They are slow and confused most of the time. They are borderline rude- do nothing to try to speed anything up, even with a sick child standing there with you. They messed up my on line account so badly it took multiple calls to someone outside the store to get it straightened out! It's convenient and that's why I endure it
So you have stuff in the clearance isle but they are not really on sale and if it has 5$ price on it it's really 14.95$ REALLY???
