Our daughter died last week at 34 years old due to Lupus. We are devastated and could not see Dr. for any sedatives until yesterday. Our Dr. prescribed my husband Ativan and Ins would not approve for payment. We were prepared to pay but when we picked it up. The bag stated the cost and when we went to pay were advised NO CHARGE. Either everyone is having a bad day our they simply don't like their job... Love what you do, because it shows. Picked up some pictures just now, waited what seemed like forever ( even though overhead was saying help needed in photo) when the young lady came out I said good morning how are you? It took her a few minutes to respond, then she said I'm ok I was in the freezer. In the way out I said hi how are you to the front cashier and not acknowledged....I guess I know where I won't be spending any more...
The last 2 times I have stopped here I experienced great customer service from a very sweet lady named Kathy. She went over and beyond to assist me on both visits. This is my new favorite Walgreens location.
