I have lived in Bergenfield for 20 years. Walgreens in @406 S Washingnto ave is such a friendly place, specially the pharmacy, one is treated like an old friend, they recognize your voice on the phone, they walk the extra mile to accomodate your request, I somehow gravitate towards this particular Walgreens several times a week. The other walgreens whether in north bergenfield or in Cresskill , do not feel the same way..
Why have they stopped the 24 hr. Pharmacy it makes no sense. I think the new owners should think about its customers. There is no 24 hr pharmacy in this area 5 hospitals though, and three WALGREENS What a shame thinking about cutbacks. People work longer hours even doctors have longer office hours for their patients. And then you get a script and can't fill it because the pharmacy is closed.
