Why are you not enforcing the face covering mandate for Dane County? I was in line behind a person, without a mask on, buying a bottle of soda. When it was my turn at the checkout, I asked the young man why Walgreen's would allow that, he informed me that corporate had instructed the employees to not enforce the mandate. So, I can only assume you think the giving up the 30 cents of profit you made on that bottle of soda is worth more than the health and safety of your other customers. We require team members to wear face covers while working in our stores. We have signage on doors and make announcements over the store’s public address system to indicate face covers are also required for customers; however, for the safety of our team members we are not directly confronting individuals who are not wearing them in stores.
never meet such rude people working in a pharmacy. hand them my new insurance card and the lady says the card was issued in 2008... nope thats the effective date of the insurance... meaning when i got the insurance. i didnt even have the kids listed on the card in 2008 🤦 and they are only 4 and 1. she than asks if i have state insurance... ummmmm i just handed you my GHC insurance card why would you even ask. then tells me i can come back with a new card or choose to pay full price... no you can call the insurance and verif... read more

Love the pharmacist Mr. Gomez and Zach they are wonderful. And few Techs that I become to know are awesome 👏
Pharmacists are flippant and rude. They could care less what you have to say. Had them flavor my daughters medicine like I do every time I pick it up and when I opened the bottle at home it smelled the same as it does without flavor. Been giving her the same meds for three month twice a day so I know how it should smell. Took it back with the receipt and was given the runaround for 20min by the pharmacist cause the intern screwed up and he wouldn't believe us. Finally got it fixed after lots of arguing.
