Discharged from hospital with 7 month old and try to get prescription expedited earlier than 1 hour wait as baby and parents are exhausted. We are told that everyone on Saturday nights are leaving hospitals. Every trip to this pharmacy has become a nightmare and wish our insurance would let us go back to CVS. Night and day difference.

The pharmacy closes at 9. Not 8:50. Not 8:55. Needed to get a prescription filled and walked to the pharmacy at 8:50. Her response "Oh, we are about to close and won't have time. You'll have to drive to the one across town. It stays open until 11." Extremely inconsiderate. I HATE that Blue Cross is no longer partnered with CVS. Edited from a 1 star to a 3 star because the manager Jeff called and apologized about what happened and he had talked with the individuals in the pharmacy. Hopefully they listen.
This has to be the most unorganized pharmacy I have ever been too! You call and tell me my prescription is ready and I get here and you can't find it! And the girl working the counter has on her house shoes! Not the first time I've been there and saw that!!!!
Awesome group of employees!! Very helpful and photo lab is excellent! Very well organized and clean store!
Very rude management and employees. They can't be bothered to greet customers as they enter the store and a member of management allowed me to stand in her checkout line today until it was my turn and then refused to serve me and referred me to another lane. She was sarcastic and unapologetic. Will never shop here again. As I left the store, four employees including two managers were loafing around at the exit and paying no mind to customers. Rude rude rude and this is not the first time at this store.
