For the second time, my daughters prescription was wrong. She is supposed to take an injection once a week. The first time, we only got enough for two doses. When I walked in to talk to the pharmacist and get it corrected, there was some shortness with how I was treated but at least the situation was resolved. Kudos to the pharmacist tonight, 04 /01/2018. While I have not always had incredible customer service at this store, he exceeded my expectations. What a wonderful experience I had this evening based on him going above and beyond what was needed in keeping a positive and helpful demeanor despite being alone behind the counter while his coworker was on break. He truly cared about my daughter, and I appreciate it.

The staff at Walgreens is much more polite than those at their biggest competitor. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in, even at midnight. With only one pharmacist on duty late at night, he still takes the time to tell me he has customers in front of me. I currently have no drug coverage with Medicare, but he adjusts the cost so I can still afford my medications.
It's been over an hour and a half since my doctor sent over a prescription for my 2 year old. He has an infected bug bite on his foot and needs antibiotic ointment and oral medicine. It's now 10:00 p.m. and he's going to bed without his medicine. It's still not filled and he's exhausted. I am very disappointed with this pharmacy and will not use them again.
Worst Photo Department experience ever. Worst Customer Service experience ever. I will not use this location for my photos, prescriptions, or quick small item pickups again. There is a CVS directly across the street.
