Hit Walgreen's parking lot at 8:25 pm .... finally got my sons script handed over to them at 9:15 pm. They tell us it will be ready in two hours (I'm not going back for it tonight) ... I get home and settle in and get an email at 9:37 pm .... HIS SCRIPT IS READY! I left Walmart because of crap like this and now they are getting just as bad. I sat in that dang parking lot longer than it took them to fill the script and they even skipped over me once. They definately need more help.
Dumb.. Under staffed. 35 min wait for one script. I'd give them zero stars if I could
The pharmacy service is horrible. Long waits, lost faxes, hold time averages 20-35 minutes, waiting in line is even worse. After 35 minutes on hold the pharmacy tech did not apologize or even acknowledge my concerns. She didn't even flinch when I asked how to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Obviously this big chain does not need my business.
