I have been trying to call for an hour, and every time I get put on hold, then get hung up on! I've been doing business here for almost 2 years and it's been like this. Making me more angry now because I need my medicine delivered due to being quarantined!

The photo lab associates were pretty rude. They refused to take passport photo of my toddler. After verifying that they take passport photos the lady said she doesn't do toddlers. She asked the 2nd associate and like the first, she refused. She then asked the 3rd one who stated that she was busy and that it's too hard to take a toddler's picture. One lady even told me that I should just take my toddler to the post office because they have props and seats to make make it easier. I was carrying my son who had never made a peep... read more
