I absolutely had the worse experience today with the pharmacy, namely a man named Roger. Very rude, disrespectful and out of line. He yelled at me not once but twice. Told me he had customers to take care of when I inquired about what I needed to do to get my daughter's prescription approved or preauthorized whatever. I asked to speak to his manager and he again told me he had customers to attend to. Excuse me wtf am I?
This place is horrible. We moved all of our prescriptions from this location because the service is so bad. Unfortunately a doctor had this pharmacy on record and called meds in to this location HOURS ago. I have been waiting in line to pick up for 45 minutes now. We have tried inside and out...horrible. NEVER EVER use this location!
30 minutes in line is a normal thing to pick up meds from the pharmacy. It's ridiculous.
We've been using this store for at least 10 yrs and after today, due to the poor customer service and power trip of Diana Martin, we will be switching to CVS. My husband should never have been required to pick up all prescriptions before being allowed to have his pain meds. One of them had even been called in by the dr. in error and he can't take it any longer, but had to buy it anyway. I have been on hold for an hour and 15 minutes with the pharmacy. I have a very important issue I need to talk to them about. After an hour and 12 minutes someone picked up the phone and put it back on hold without saying anything. This will be my last time to deal with them.ZERO STARS
This place is horrible I can't believe this Crap.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The last few times with the pharmacy has not been a positive customer service experience for me... You either need to hire more staff, or review your processes. I will say some visits / calls have been positive. Some employees are helpful... Ok, a very nice lady called me back, did the research, now we know the status- thank you!
