Awful pharmacy with obnoxiously rude staff. Waited in drive through lone for 10 minutes before the pharmacy tech disappeared right as it was my turn. She then proceeded to be absent from drive through window for 45 mins, while only coming to intercom once to say “we will be with you as soon as we can” and hanging up, leaving no chance to respond. Best drug store in the USA
Pharmacy is terrible. Slowest customer service I've ever experienced.
Just sat in line at Walgreens for 25 minutes for them to tell me they can't "find" my prescriptions. Apparently they have misplaced them.
Dr called in my sons prescription at 430ish I was told 30 min but i try and play it safe and come at 530 didn’t even start getting I️t ready I come back at 830 then they laugh in my face oh i was just talking about you we don’t have that medicine in stock and can’t get I️t for about a week! MY SONS EYES ARE SWOLLEN SHUT. He told me that’s not my fault. Still sitting waiting for them to figure something out!
Dropped off a prescription and let them know I'd wait. I was told 30-40 mins. I waited 5 mins and was surprised to hear the prescription was ready. Thank you for being prompt and kind.
