Long wait times. Very often
I was being FOLLOWED by two male workers in this location I am from Edwardsville. As a black female who is educated and also a working woman I don’t need to steal anything and I don’t want for anything. I have never experienced this until tonight and I am very disappointed as an innocent customer.
Having the worst service ever from any pharmacy right now as I type. I was told in the drive through it would be 20min. It's been 70min. Still no prescription. And they won't give it back to me so I can go somewhere else. At the 40min mark they said it would be 2min. At the 50 min mark they asked me to spell her name again. At 60min they said my insurance is rejecting the prescription. At 70min they said they are calling another pharmacy.
Kevin the pharmacist is a great Pharmacist and the Store Manager Sherry is Angel and vreat Person God Bless her
Great company, great staff. Love being in the store.
