I am a frequent customer of the LaFountain/Southway location. This location consistently maintains a high volume of customers no matter the time of day. I had the most pleasant experience with a pharmacy tech, Asya, who remains kind and provides excellent service despite the busy demands of customer volume. She went the extra mile to help me fill my prescription- something she didn’t necessarily have to do. Asya’s patience and kindness is so appreciated and I surely hope she knows that it doesn’t go unnoticed.
I left my Drs office and stopped to get my prescription about 25 minutes later. It was not done... told it would be 15 minutes. Called for pick up and gave them my Insurance card. First of all, the clerk couldn't find it and once she did, it would take a manager's approval. She pages for the manager and she leaves. About 20 minutes later, the pharmacist, manager, moseys in . Takes about 8 more minutes and I finally get my meds. In the store a good 40 minutes.
I'm standing here waiting on a cd to finish up in the photo department. When I got here there was an unhappy customer. The staff (including a manager) continued to bad mouth her and other costumers for the remainder of the 15 mins I was here. Very unprofessional.
