Walgreens ,never has enough employees, they keep cost down ,by not hiring , Then i hear they are closing lots of stores , but higher managment will never know or admit , that their cheap cut back is the cause of , closures , just this week i went in to use Fedex . But only one employee , and she couldn t figure out how to enter it and recieve my package .she was just overwhelmed .Not enough people worming to get the job done ,spells failure for a business.
Usually have a great experience at Walgreens, but on Friday I received a message letting me know that my prescription was ready. I had been told to bring the coupon I had to receive the prescription at a discount that I have done for 8+ years. They had a substitute pharmacist who worked on getting the code to go through for about 20 minutes once she got around to mine. Ultimately it didn't work & her only solution was to find the "right" coupon that would work with my insurance or pay the $600 for a 30 day suply. Seriously..... read more
